The Holy Land & The
Dead Sea
Take advantage of this opportunity to experience
the wonder of the word’s ancient civilization, the Holy Land. A
unique opportunity to visit the most interesting places of Israel in
just one day. The 55 minute flight to Jerusalem is operated from
Larnaca Airport, departing in the morning and returning late in the
evening.
Once you have been met at Ben Gurion airport of Tel Aviv, you will
depart for the Jerusalem city tour, highlights of the tour include:
view the old city from the Mount of Olives - pass by Gesthimani
monastery, St Mary’s tomb - Western Wall - The Church of the Holy
Sepulchre - Golgotha - Via Dolorosa - Deormition Abbey - Jewish
Quarter. We then visit a jewellery art factory and enjoy lunch.
Following lunch we depart for the Dead Sea where you can enjoy free
time for swimming (shower and changing facilities are provided on
the beach). A visit to Qumran tourist centre follows, with an
exhibition of Dead Sea cosmetics and souvenirs. We close this
wonderful day with dinner at Qumran restaurant then return to the
airport.
